Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing includes confirming the order, allocating inventory, and/or submitting the order to our supplier(s) for fulfillment.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, but may be processed sooner.

Once an order has been processed—including being submitted to a supplier via purchase order—it cannot be canceled or modified.

Fulfillment & Shipping

Northside Trucking Co. operates as a distributor. Many products are shipped directly from our suppliers.

Because of this:

  • Products may ship from multiple locations
  • Orders may arrive in separate shipments
  • Packaging may vary depending on the supplier

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping options and rates are provided at checkout when available.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on:

  • Product availability
  • Supplier processing times
  • Shipping carrier performance

Typical delivery timeframe: 3–10 business days after processing, unless otherwise stated.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. In some cases, tracking may come directly from the supplier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping Restrictions

  • Some items may not be eligible for shipment to PO Boxes
