With nine years in the fire service, Jeremiah is a fireman with the Richmond Fire Department in VA, currently assigned to Truck 6 on Richmond’s Northside. His primary focus is truck company operations, emphasizing efficient, disciplined, and purpose-driven work on the fireground. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Fire Science from Columbia Southern University and is a certified Instructor II, and Firefighter 1 & 2 Train-the-Trainer through the Virginia Department of Fire Programs. His training philosophy is grounded in real-world application and strong fundamentals, with the goal of developing confident firefighters who can perform under pressure and take that knowledge back to their companies to elevate the standard across the job.

Calvin, currently assigned to Engine 1 in Church Hill, has been in the fire service for 5 years. He believes in the core values, honor, courage, commitment. His approach to training is, "slow is smooth, smooth is fast", with an emphasis on understanding the "how" and "why" behind what we do.
