Refund policy

At Northside Trucking Co., we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a return or refund is necessary. Please review our return and refund policy below:

  1. Return Period: We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. Beyond this period, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

  2. Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for damaged items. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or any reason other than damage.

  3. Free Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping only for items that are received damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately to initiate the return process.

  4. Refund or Replacement: For damaged items, customers have the option to receive a full refund or a replacement item, whichever they prefer. Please note that replacements are subject to availability. Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped are eligible for cancellation and a full refund. Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled.

  5. Proof of Damage: To initiate a return for a damaged item, the customer must provide photographic evidence or other proof of damage. This helps us ensure that the return is valid and expedite the refund or replacement process.

  6. No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns of damaged items. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to make the return process as seamless as possible.

  7. No Final Sale Items: All items are eligible for return in the event of damage. We do not have any final sale items exempt from our return policy.

NST Training Refund Policy

At NST Training, we understand that plans can change. While we strive to provide the best training experience possible, we also want to ensure fairness to all attendees and our instructional team. Please review our refund policy below before registering for any course or event.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Full Refund
    Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled training date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Partial Refund (50%)
    Cancellations made 7–13 days before the training date will receive a 50% refund.

  • No Refund
    Cancellations made within 6 days of the scheduled class are not eligible for a refund due to staffing, preparation, and equipment commitments.

No-Shows

No refunds will be issued for no-shows. If you fail to attend without prior notice, your registration is forfeited.

Cancellation Process

To cancel your registration, you must contact us via email at info@northsidetruckingco.com. Your cancellation request will be timestamped based on when we receive your email.

Class Cancellations by NST Training

In the rare event that NST Training cancels a course due to weather, safety, or operational issues, all registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future course.
